Maintenance Technician must maintain a professional and courteous manner with residents, visitors, contractors, and fellow employees. One must have the ability to follow oral and written instructions and be able to maintain effective and cooperative working relationships. Technician must be willing to travel to other properties, as needed.
Maintenance Technician will be responsible, under the direction of the Supervisor, for the overall maintenance of the apartment complex and all areas related to the day-to-day maintenance operations of the community.
Property Managers are fully responsible for the day to day operations within the leasing office. Managers but demonstrate the ability to understand financial goals, operate asset in owners' best interest in accordance with company policy and procedures.
Job Duties include: collecting rents, leasing apartments, scheduling tours, generating correspondence with residents, attorney, cooperate office, and others, cleaning and upkeep on the community building and laundry room, must maintain fair housing laws and practices, etc.
